Lorri Paulucci, MS, OTR/L
Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Park Slope, Brooklyn

"We were lucky enough to have Lorri work  with our son when he was first diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. She stayed with us for three years, providing twice weekly OT sessions for our son and far more frequent support sessions for me! Her work with our son was loving (though firm when necessary), caring, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, Lorri's work played a key role in getting our son to open up to the world and make better use of the other therapies provided to him, ultimately putting him on the road for all his current successes (he's now mainstreamed). Lorri brings a wealth of experience, both professional and personal, to her work that we could not  match in our other therapists. We feel very fortunate to have had Lorri work with our son at such a crucial time in his life!"  Greenwich Village  parent

"Lorri was the first person to really understand that our son's aggressiveness in school was a direct result of his insecurity about what he couldn't do. Before he started OT, he fell all the time and couldn't hold a crayon. After working with Lorri for seven months, he was much more aware of his body and was able to write, draw, and even color within the lines. He suddenly became an eager participant at school, running to the art or writing table first thing in the morning." Park Slope  parent
